Tracy Patch, the founder and President, established Patch & Associates in 1995. Tracy started her career in advertising in Los Angeles prior to embarking on a career in recruiting. Her recruiting career began at a large placement agency in San Francisco. She helped to manage the Agency’s expansion and the company was eventually sold. She soon left that agency and began her own executive search firm that focuses on public relations, marketing and corporate communications.

Patch & Associates has been successful on an international scale. Patch’s contacts extend across the country to public relations, corporate communications, public affairs, and marketing candidates in all major markets including but not limited to: Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Chicago, London, Toronto and San Francisco, where we are based.

Patch is an executive search firm that focuses in placing public relations, corporate communications and marketing candidates in various industries, including but not limited to: enterprise technology, social media, healthcare, pharma, software, consumer retail, consumer technology, financial services, non-profit, and internet services companies as well as PR agencies.

Tracy’s goal for Patch is to develop long-term relationships with candidates as well as clients. Comprised of PR and marketing professionals, the Patch team matches the candidates’ aspirations and previous expertise with the clients’ scope and tailored job descriptions. The Patch team recruits for jobs at all levels from public relations, corporate communications and marketing managers to C-level executives.

Tracy is a graduate of U.C. Santa Barbara with a bachelor of arts in Law & Society. She is affiliated with a number of professional organizations including Public Relations Society of America, California Association of Personnel Consultants and the Churchill Club.
